Ryan Quon is a documentary filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. He received his BFA in Filmmaking from Mason Gross School of the Arts and currently works in both the camera and lighting departments for film and television.

His experience as a cinematographer and gaffer for companies like Meta, Barefoot, US Mobile, and Topicals, as well as an electrician on productions for Disney, Amazon, HBO, Universal, and Apple TV, has brought technical appreciation and practical knowledge to his creative pursuits. His work explores subjects of inherited spaces, the Asian American experience, and archival processes in film.

Ryan’s debut feature documentary, Crenshaw House, is currently in production.
